Essential Wash Club — Terms & Conditions 

1. Membership Overview

• Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renewed unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

• Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used for the registered vehicle listed on the account.

• Each membership level includes the specific services listed in the plan description (Lite, Plus, or Elite).

2. Service Usage

• Refreshes Washes or Maintenance Details do not roll over to future months.

• Services must be scheduled or redeemed within the current billing cycle.

• Services are by appointment only and subject to availability.

• Members must maintain a consistent vehicle condition (e.g., light maintenance-level dirt). Excessively dirty or neglected vehicles may incur an additional fee or upgraded service requirement.

• Vehicles with excessive pet hair, heavy soiling, stains, or contamination (tar, sap, paint, etc.) are subject to additional charges.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Members may cancel at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the current billing cycle.

• Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

• The business reserves the right to suspend or cancel memberships for misuse, abuse, or failure to follow these terms.

4. Vehicle & Liability

• Essential Auto Styling is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose trim, cracked glass, or other defects that may worsen during normal cleaning.

• Members must disclose aftermarket modifications, wrap, or coating details prior to service.

• Essential Auto Styling reserves the right to refuse service for any vehicle that poses a risk to staff or equipment.
  

5. Scheduling & Availability

• Members are encouraged to book appointments in advance to ensure availability.

• Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may result in rescheduling or forfeiture of that appointment.

• “No-shows” may be counted as a used service for that period.

6. Changes to Membership Plans

• Essential Auto Styling reserves the right to modify pricing, plan details, or included services with advance notice to members.

• Continued membership after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Fair Use Policy

• Memberships are intended for normal personal vehicle use.

• The business reserves the right to limit service frequency or cancel memberships showing excessive usage or commercial intent (e.g., rideshare, fleet, or delivery vehicles).

8. Annual Complimentary Detail & Coating Perk

• Each Essential Wash Club membership includes one annual complimentary premium service based on the membership tier:

• Lite: Complimentary Complete Detail + Level 1 Correction + Annual Ceramic Inspection

• Plus: Complimentary Complete Detail, Level 2 Paint Correction + Fusion Lite Ceramic Coating or Annual Ceramic Inspection

• Elite: Complimentary Complete Detail, Level 2 Paint Correction + Fusion Lite Ceramic Coating or Annual Ceramic Inspection

• This complimentary service is redeemable only after 12 consecutive months of active membership.

• Complimentary services cannot be redeemed early or transferred to another vehicle or customer.

• Members may choose to redeem the complimentary service after their 12-month mark or within 60 days of that anniversary.

• Early redemption may be available for an additional fee, at the discretion of Essential Auto Styling.

• If a member cancels prior to completing 12 consecutive months, the complimentary service is forfeited.

• Complimentary services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
